NOTES:

• Cancellation Policy:  Any reservation canceled prior to May 15, 2010 will receive a refund on the convention registration and room fees, less 10% for administration.   Between June 15 and May 15, the cancellation fee will be %15%.  Between June 15 and June 25, the fee will be 25%.  After June 25 there is no refund on any hotel room deposit and a 50% refund on your convention registration fee.

• Pets:  The Crowne Plaza Anaheim Resort does not allow pets.  Arrangements are being made to accept pets at a neighboring hotel. Details will be announced soon.

• Check in time is 3:00 p.m.  Check-Out time is 12:00 Noon.

• This is a family & children friendly, non-smoking hotel.  There are smoking areas outside of the hotel, but there is no smoking allowed in or near the hotel, pool or recreation areas.
