Jamboree Showcase

Just outside of any Jamboree workshop, less than twenty feet away, you will find the Jamboree Showcase. Featuring a variety of merchants, service companies and recruiters, the close proximity of the showcase insures that every Jamboree attendee will visit every vendor, thus insuring a maximized merchandising for each vendor.

In addition, all advertisers, sponsors and vendors, and their respective products or services, will be listed on a special page of this web site and will remain there during the coming year. This listing will include the company name, product or service, contact person, phone number, email address and web address. The earlier you purchase your advertising, sponsorship or booth space, the sooner you will be listed on the web site. All such listings will remain on the site for a minimum of nine months following the Jamboree.

8'x10' Deluxe Merchandise Booth $500.00

Monterey & Cozumel Rooms

There are only eight of these 10 foot wide, 8 foot deep, pipe and draped merchandise booths. The four located in the 26' x 26' Cozumel Room adjacent to the Jamboree Registration desk are still available. The four in the Monterey room have already been sold.
This room also has a marble counter for refreshments or a water station and can be locked each evening.
Perfect for a vendor with lots of merchandise.
One panel sign with your company name hanging in your booth.
Two six-foot tables, covered and skirted, with four chairs .
Half-page ad in the Jamboree Program.

Mazatlan Room

A 10 foot wide, 8 foot deep, pipe and draped merchandise booth. There are 12 booths in this room which is also the entrance to four of the workshop rooms.
One panel sign with your company name hanging in your booth.
One six foot table-top, covered and skirted, with two chairs .
Quarter-page ad in the Jamboree Program.
One year listing on the Jamboree Web site as an official vendor, including name of contact, your product or service, phone, email and link to your web site.
Merchandise booths are in secured rooms that are locked each night.*

6'x8' Promotion Booth $300.00

Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas reception areas

An 8 foot wide, 6 foot deep booth, with pipe and drape, in the Cabo San Lucas or Mazatlan reception areas.
One panel sign with your company name hanging in your booth.
One six foot table, covered and skirted, with two chairs .
Quarter page ad in the Jamboree Program.
One year listing on the Jamboree Web site as an official vendor, including name of contact, your product or service, phone, email and link to your web site.
These booths are in open public areas and any inventory or stock will need to be removed each night.

No security, must be cleared each evening.

Jamboree Vendor Move-In Sunday Morning, June 27, 7:00 a.m. Jamboree Showcase Hours Sunday, June 27 Noon to 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 28, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 29 Closed (Day at Knott's Berry Farm) Wednesday, June 30 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Jamboree Vendor Move-Out Wednesday, June 30, 3:00 p.m.
*Although certain showcase areas are locked at night, FORBS, Santa Jamboree and the Crowne Plaza assume no responsibility for merchandise or valuables, particularly computers, cameras, electronics, etc.

All Vendors are subject to approval by the Santa Jamboree Committee and FORBS Board of Directors. FORBS reserves the right of refusal for any vendor requests. Vendors should meet a reasonable standard of good etiquette. Messages or images which are deemed objectionable or controversial to FORBS, its members and the Santa industry in general, will be considered un-acceptable and will be declined. Political or Campaign Promotion is not accepted. All Vendors should be offering a product, service or be promoting a non-profit service. FORBS and Santa Jamboree in accepting any vendor are in no way endorsing or promoting the products or services offered. Vendors are expected to guarantee their products and services.
